If you look at the video reviews even, so many of those people are using like $50 crosleys and crap.

I truly believe a lot of the people complaining about skips and what not just have the wrong hardware (not to say there arent faults with pressings or warped records though). Slowing the record down to locate the part where it skips I look closely and see that the groves arenР В Р вЂ Р В РІР‚С™Р Р†РІР‚С›РЎС›t dirty or crooked, but completely distorted and zigzagging. Distraught, I get out a magnifying glass to see if itР В Р вЂ Р В РІР‚С™Р Р†РІР‚С›РЎС›s just a little dirty. A couple weeks later it arrives, so I play it right away only to be disappointed to hear skipping and what felt to be subpar sound quality.
